About
Brent is a Dutch actor who loves to indulge the joy of exploring his rich fantasy. He works in film and theatre, and has affinity with magic realism, internet culture and the ongoing adventure of developing identity. And, all dogs make him smile.In 2023 Brent graduated as a performer at the Toneelacademie Maastricht. In 2025, he joined Wolf’Qademy to maintain and broaden his acting career. In 2026, he studied with Principal Intimacy Professionals to train as an Intimacy Coordinator. He is bilingual, speaks native Dutch and English, en speaks C1 Swedish. He acquired the following diploma’s which have made him to be a strong communicator: MFHA, NVC, Mediation and Conflict resolution, Anti-Harassment and Bystander intervention, and Social Hygiene — the latter he achieved in order to be a complete barperson.Photo © Lindsay Zwaan
Acting
Brent started acting not only because he feels it is a necessity to express his versatility, but also because the world of theatre felt like home.In 2023 Brent graduated as a performer at the Toneelacademie Maastricht. Arts can cause friction, but the work process should not.
As an Intimacy Coordinator, Brent strives for safety in a professional workspace, and brings joy and creativity to intimate storytelling. He advocates for performers, and works with directors to create and enrich their vision.Brent started training with Principal Intimacy Professionals in 2026, but his IC journey began during his studies at the Toneelacademie Maastricht. He joined the Raad van Veiligheid, by and for students, which was recognized by the Raad voor Cultuur.
Later, he facilitated Safe for Work and Intimacy Training sessions at Theater A/D Rijn with Merel Severs.

Brent learned as an intern from Dutch IC pioneers.
An Intimacy Coordinator is a communication conduit in between production and performers. They can help mitigate risks on set regarding intimate scenes. They advocate for performers, and work with a director's vision to create (super cool) intimate scenes, with their skills in choreographing, communication and even modesty garments.Brent can help in (Film, TV, Theatre):
